DeCentralized Learning is UNschooling, Self Directed Learning.
It’s non compulsory, non forced learning rooted in DeColonized Parenting & DeSchooling; the process of making the learning expectations of others mean NOTHING. UNschooling or DeCentralized Learning is built on a belief that humans will acquire knowledge as a result of curiosity, LOVE or when they see the relevance of such knowledge. The Self guides the when, what and how of this acquisition, thus making the child the curriculum.

Decision making activities of the school are distributed away from a central group and given to our Geniī Learners, Parents, Facilitators and Directors.
Autonomous
Geniī DAO Community Schools are self governed by the Geniī Learners, Parents, Facilitators and Directors. During the ONLY MANDATORY REQUIREMENT, The weekly Community Meeting, Geniī create and reinforce their own governance.
Organization
k12 Geniī DAO Schools are organized as private schools or homeschooling centers meeting IRL (in real life) and virtually in our Geniīverse. We vote OnChain to document and execute our governance.
